Artist‘s Statement
I’ve been a journalist for over 20 years, with a focus on sexuality and, more specifically, sex education. But this past year, I’ve delved more deeply into personal writing that explores questions of aging and caregiving, and into short speculative fiction. The thread that connects all of my work, however, is a desire to shatter the silence around often taboo topics, making folks feel less alone in their experiences.
