Yvenique (Eve) Lovinsky is a community weaver whose work lives at the intersection of storytelling, purpose, and human connection. As Vice President of Employee Engagement & Volunteerism at JPMorganChase, she leads skills-based volunteerism programs that pair employees with local nonprofit partners. The result: employees grow as leaders, and stretched-thin nonprofits gain capacity to fulfill their mission in their local communities. Throughout her career, Yvenique has gravitated toward roles in service of historically undercapitalized communities, animated by a single question: how institutions can practice their values rather than merely signal them. Beyond the corporate world, she helps people make sense of their stories and designs experiences where one person's story can spark another's next chapter. In mentorship, her goal is to help emerging writers excavate their own voices and recognize the worth of the stories only they can tell.
