We welcome all writers to join our generative poetic sessions that explore various ways to give care to ourselves. Each session will provide new perspectives and tools for writing such as excerpts from readings\, writing challenges\, and more. \nWhat is wellness and what are the objects we use to engage in self-care? Together we will list our favorite wellness-related activities\, identify which objects we utilize to practice self-care\, and through a generative session\, personify those objects to give them purpose and express our gratitude.
