Artist‘s Statement
As a creator, I focus on calling attention to the importance of mental health and personal growth within my work. My goal is to emphasize the importance of reaching out for help and the idea that no one has to be strong all the time. My work involves my narrator or character stepping out of their comfort zone and seeing life and themselves in different ways. My pieces allow for vulnerability and promote self-exploration as a sign of growth.
