Girls Write Now breaks through boundaries to connect a diverse community across lines of age, gender, race, class, region, and discipline. Our members are crucial to our mission.
Who Can Be a Member?
Members may be former Journey mentors and mentees, volunteers, supporters, partners, or other friends and allies of the organization. For a limited time, all members can join at no cost.
Once you serve as a mentor or mentee in the program, you are automatically elevated to the Silver Member level, which gives you unique privileges beyond standard membership.
Collaboratory Access for Members
All members also have access to our resources, including jobs, internships, scholarships, writing contests, enrichment opportunities, and more.
Writing
Build skills though courses that focus on any genre, media, leadership, activism, college, career, and more.
Mentoring
Connect one-to-one across generations and establish a supportive relationship that lasts a lifetime.
Community
Collaborate and share with other inspiring minds at countless engaging events and experiences.
