Ally Betker is a writer, editor, and creative director living in Brooklyn, New York. She is currently senior creative director of copy & content at the global travel brand Away. She joined Away in 2016 to launch Here Magazine, which ran from 2017 to 2020 and received an American Society of Magazine Editors National Magazine Award nomination as well as awards from the Society of Publication Designers. Prior to joining Away, she worked in media at top publications including Vogue, W Magazine, Women’s Wear Daily, and New York Magazine’s The Cut, where her writing is featured.
