Kendyl Kearly is a Williamsburg-based writer and founding editor of Tart literary magazine. A graduate of the Missouri School of Journalism, she currently oversees all editorial content for StarChefs, a publication serving the restaurant industry. She has worked with New York Magazine, Esquire, San Francisco magazine, AFAR, and Bustle among others. Kendyl's magazine work has received honors from the Society of Professional Journalists and Folio's Eddie and Ozzie Awards. Her muses are two orange kittens named Stella and Truman.
