Madison Lawson (BA, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University) is an aspiring archivist and professional scholar. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and is a first-year English and African American Literature MA student at her alma mater. She is also the recipient of the Woodland Ellroy Hall Fellowship (2023-2024). Lawson plans on compiling archives of African American women’s narratives and exploring how Black women practice/encourage personal wellness through media.
