This process first started when I talked with my mentor Kate, brainstorming a couple of ideas before finally writing a script that I felt I could best put to use and film. For this film, I worked with some of my good friends at Emerson College where I’m studying film. We spent a couple of months doing casting calls and hosting auditions as well as finding a viable crew to help make this film come to life. In the end, we had a pretty small set, but we made do with what we had and I couldn’t be happier. With this film, I really just wanted to explore the nuances of different relationships with people and how lines can become blurred when different jobs are involved. Overall, I had a blast making this, and I can’t wait to do it again sometime in the future!
