Girls Write Now Partnerships

Amazon Literary Partnership

Girls Write Now has teamed up with Amazon Literary Partnership since 2009, the inception of their initiative to champion underrepresented authors and storytellers. Together we empower writers to create, publish, learn, teach, experiment, and thrive.

Barbie and Girls Write Now teamed up for a writing contest in celebration of Isabel Allende. Isabel Allende’s books tell the stories of inspiring girls and women, so we asked members of our community and the public to write a story about a girl, woman, or gender expansive individual who discovers their power(s)—whether real, fictional, or even magical.
