Led by the Estée Lauder Companies and inspired by Global Changemaker, Amanda Gorman, WRITING CHANGE helps Girls Write Now shape future advocates and activists, promote innovative approaches to igniting social change through artistic expression in youth, and continue to provide equitable access to literacy education across the nation.

Leading technology professionals from the Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) gathered with the Girls Write Now (GWN) community at the organization’s headquarters in New York City. Participants took part in a panel on women in technology, networked across generations, and formed mini “think tanks” to collaborate on curriculum at the intersection of language, technology, and beauty.
