Fall 2025

Sharpening Your Inimitable Voice in the Age of AI

AI can replicate form, but not the glorious quirks of you. Together, we’ll explore the tenets of human inimitability—Play, Empathy, Friction, Serendipity, Physicality—and explore AI tools that amplify (not blur) your unique voice. That wonderful, specific, spiky point of view that each of us has—and that the world needs now more than ever.

“Girls Write Now provided me with a warm and inviting community in which I was able to learn from other talented creators and experiment with new forms of storytelling. I gained a sense of power in being able to tell my own story, which has helped to keep me centered in my personal and pre-professional endeavors. I have never been in a mentorship program before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was blown away by all the support, the inspiration, and the talented people. I owe the biggest thanks to my mentor, Krista, for her kindness, grace, and wisdom in helping me grow as a person. Truly don’t know what I did to deserve her.”

“The most valuable part of the program was the mentorship and sense of creative community. Having space to develop my work while receiving thoughtful, individualized feedback helped me trust my voice and process more deeply. Being in conversation with other writers also reinforced the idea that creativity thrives through dialogue, experimentation, and shared growth. Girls Write Now played a meaningful role in my growth by helping me become more confident in my voice and creative instincts. Through mentorship and workshops, I learned to write more intentionally and reflect critically on my process, especially in relation to storytelling, identity, and technology. The experience strengthened my discipline as a writer and helped me see my work as both personal expression and a tool for connection and impact.”
