Andrea Cepeda is an English major with a concentration in Creative Writing. She reads and writes romance, but is open to exploring any and all genres; genres that she loves to read, besides romance, are historical fiction, fantasy, sci-fi/dystopian. In her free time, she reads and writes, rewatches her comfort shows, and romanticizes her life.
Artist‘s Statement
A lot of my work, whether fiction or nonfiction, has allowed for the main character/persona to tell their story on their own terms, and sometimes in a reflective manner. I’ve discovered that there’s a lot that I still have to say about the things I’ve gone through or even things that I hope to someday achieve, and I say it, most of the time, through my character’s. I’ve grown to really love nonfiction and it’s helped me discover more about myself and what I want out of my own life and career.
