She is currently studying psychology in college and she aims to produce work that bridges cultural gaps, brings others together and most importantly work that prioritizes the importance of mental health. Artist‘s Statement
Girls Write Now allowed me to grow in several areas of my life. I’ve improved as a writer, in the way I approach my career as well as in my identity. My pieces during this time mostly focused on career related work. I came into the program unsure of my career options and choices but I left having polished my resume as well as my networking skills, this was an achievement for me as I always struggled with highlighting my skills. My pieces this semester tell the story of my newfound confidence.
