Ayame Huber Munemura is a current high school senior passionate about reading, writing, teaching (her favorite form of learning), and activism. She has experience teaching and tutoring elementary to high school aged students, subjects ranging from instrumental music to English and Japanese. When not occupied with Brass Captain duties in marching band, she serves as Head of Research for the anti-book ban organization Golden State Readers and president of her school’s poetry club. Ayame lives with a chronic impulse to try every new activity in her path.
