Kunling Wu (she/her) is a student from San Antonio, Texas. Ever since she was young, Kunling has been an artist of many forms. When she moved to the United States during middle school, Kunling learned to find solace in nature journaling and birdwatching when she wanted to take a break from the classroom. She continues to do so for the years to come. Now in high school, Kunling advocates for her grade as the class president and engages in extracurricular activities like science fair and model UN. However, no matter where life takes her, art and nature are two things she will never lose.

An artist since she was young, Kunling often utilizes her arts for a greater purpose, whether it be symbolizing human experiences or highlighting the important awareness of nature. You can find her designing symbolic fashion pieces on her iPad, drafting up a short graphic story, or pencil sketching a mountain chickadee at any time.
