About the Event

Join us for an interactive mentor professional development session designed to support mentors in navigating today’s complex and ever-changing landscape. This session will equip you with psychologically informed strategies to better support youth facing uncertainty in their social, political, and personal lives.

Together, we’ll explore practical approaches to building trust, encouraging thoughtful reflection, and fostering resilience in young people. Whether you’re responding to current events or personal challenges your mentees are experiencing, this session will provide tools and insights to help you show up with confidence, care, and intention.
