Interviews—yikes! Get ahead of the dread with this lively workshop in which the tables will turn—Mentees will play the part of employers interviewing BiC “Mentors for the Day” for the silliest, most unusual jobs ever! Mentees will learn how to prepare for and deliver an outstanding interview by diving into proven best practices and shifting their perspectives to think like employers. What does an employer look for when interviewing a candidate and what impresses them?
There will be time built in for post-interview reflection and discussion as well as time to learn about the careers of BiC “Mentors for the Day.” Come find the employee of your dreams…YOU!
BiC Mentors for the Day: Please join at 4:15 PM ET. Your experience starts with a 15 minute huddle to make sure you’re prepared heading in.
