About the Event

Your expressive ability can keep you emotionally balanced, increase your creativity and boost self-esteem. All of these workshops utilize great poetry, and techniques from the field of poetry therapy. Discover and exercise your personal voice in community. All are welcome.

This month, learn about three kinds of gratitude: Personal Gratitude, Interpersonal Gratitude, and Transpersonal Gratitude through poetry, writing and dialogue.
