About the Event

Join this community studio to understand the concept of cultural storytelling through poetics, and explore how writing and oral expression can be used to process emotions, and connect traditions and experiences related to Black cultural and diasporic heritage and personal identity.

Love Letters to the Culture: This month, participants will explore how poets write to, for, and about their communities, heritage, and lived experiences as acts of affirmation and artistry.
