Mentor starts Kaleidoscope

Mentor alum, Nicole Gervasio, starts her own writing project, Kaleidoscope, with inspiration from the Girls Write Now program. The Project began with the premise that “when students have access to stories that validate their lives, they feel more empowered to learn…and become creators themselves–creators of art and knowledge.” Read more about her project here.
