You spent the month of November writing what just might be the next Great American Novel, and now you’re spent. After thirty days of burning the midnight oil, it’s time to take a breather…before giving more life to your manuscript through the imminent editing process. But don’t fret! After you’ve done all you can with your first ten or so pages, it’s time to hand it over to the pros!

Join Girls Write Now and Penguin Random House editors for a professional editorial review to help elevate your work to the next level. Whether you’re preparing to pitch your work to agents or enter it into a writing competition—or you simply want to know if you’re headed in the right direction for your submission to Girls Write Now’s annual anthology, this event is just write for you!

Event prerequisites: First 10 pages must be uploaded by December 20th, 2023
