This course is designed to help develop how you explore your history, stories, and lived experiences in English whether that be your first, second, or third language! With the support of this course, you will acquire the concrete written skills needed to feel confident and excited to birth new worlds or convey your own! Specific topics range from grammar & vocabulary, editing and proofreading your own work, and your will gain tips and tricks for engaging with your writing.

Submissions
Choose a piece that you wrote early on in your language journey and use it as your first draft. Applying everything that you learned or reviewed in this course, rewrite this piece. Allow your sharpened writing skills to elevate what you already have.
After rewriting the piece, reflect on your process for writing, editing, and proofreading. What did you do differently this time around? Which part of the course did you revisit the most while working on your piece? What do you enjoy most about this new version?
Submit:
1. the piece you’ve chosen to edit & the new/edited draft.
3. a one page reflection on your process of re-editing your old work.
