About the Event

Pink Collar Comedy takes career readiness to hilarious places as we use the foundations of comedy to develop career and life skills like communication, resilience, and reflection to prepare young adults for the workforce. Throughout the sessions participants will learn how to joke their way into a job, the power of improvisation in team environments, and what to do when hecklers are in the office.

This session, “Every Huddle is an Improv Opportunity,” helps participants build teamwork muscles for the workplace based on the improv techniques of active listening, “Yes, and,” and committing to the bit. Participants should leave with the confidence to navigate interpersonal communication in professional settings.
