A supportive space where peer pairs come together to share experiences and participate in guided exercises focused on effective communication, creative project development, and storytelling. Participants will explore best practices in peer support, practice giving constructive feedback, and engage in creative writing prompts that inspire personal expression and growth, helping to build a strong foundation for a successful peer mentoring relationship.
This month, each participant writes a letter of encouragement to their peer, reflecting on strengths, growth, and their shared journey. This helps foster appreciation and connection, reinforcing their partnership.
