Sherese Lee Robinson

Sherese Lee Robinson

Sherese Lee Robinson has written for ABC Daytime’s All My Children and Port Charles and has created content for the Sesame Workshop. Her short films If I Were A Bell and Clean Woman currently play on cable, public and international TV. Sherese holds a BFA in Film and Video from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) and an MFA in Screenwriting from Columbia University. She has three children, all boys, ages 31, 30, and 11 years old, and has seen every variation of every superhero film.

In this workshop, we learned all about writing a full-length feature film and started on our very own screenplay! In this workshop, we conceptualized writing for film using the screenplay medium – diving into images, sound, physical action and dialogue. With entertainment and streaming platforms rising in popularity, the film industry is always in need of creative and diverse screenwriters that reflect our real world.
