About the Event

In this Intersectional Voices in Print Studio (IV Print), we explore the publishing process from all angles, including editing, promotion, and bringing more voices to the page. This studio also provides insight into the making of Girls Write Now’s annual anthology. During the Summer 2025 Cycle, we’ll gather to talk book covers, book production, and promote our exciting new release. Join us for a dynamic conversation at the intersection of craft, creativity, and community.

The art of book selling! Hear from McNally Jackson’s Allison Glasgow on what goes into selling books and what a Display Team means (and how they choose to curate the table of books that you see). Plus, mentees will join us to read their stories from our newly released anthology, Hope Lives in Our Words.
