    Writing to Heal: Workshop with a Poetry Therapist

    This month, after a short exploration of trauma and its effects of dysregulating the nervous system, we will do a condensed form of The Pennebaker Paradigm, a scientifically proven method of writing that builds immunity, and increases physical and mental health.
