Through reflection, discussion, and small-group collaboration, committee members will examine common challenges in providing feedback and develop practical strategies for celebrating strengths, offering constructive guidance, asking reflective questions, and recognizing potential biases. Together, we will create a community feedback cheat sheet—a shared resource of language, frameworks, and best practices that can be used across Girls Write Now programs to support more inclusive, encouraging, and impactful learning experiences.
