Join us for VOICES, a 60-minute audioplay directed by aja monet, honoring the voices and visions of Black women in the global movement to end violence against women and girls. We’ll come together afterward in reflection and conversation to imagine a more just and connected world.

Participants will revise career-related writing samples to build confidence using language that respects all identities while promoting clarity and professionalism.

This month, we will catch up on where everyone is with their writing and introduce prompts that go deeper into meaning and questioning.
Through reflective writing exercises and dynamic group discussions, mentors will examine how unconscious bias and power dynamics shape the mentoring relationship, while developing strategies to address these challenges and foster greater empathy and equity in their practice.
In this session, we will be exploring cultural values as a means of storytelling and of finding yourself in your writing.
