Bridging Queer Voices:

Storytelling Across Generations

This Journey explores the power of storytelling within and across queer communities, highlighting how narratives shared between generations preserve history, identity, and collective memory. Mentees and mentors will engage with personal, cultural, and historical LGBTQ+ stories, learning how lived experiences shape understanding across time. Through writing and creative expression, they will develop tools to honor, document, and share queer stories in ways that build connection, visibility, and community across generations. Mentees and mentors will leave with a deeper understanding of queer histories, strengthened storytelling and reflective writing skills, and a deeper capacity for intergenerational connection and compassion through shared narrative practice.
