Interviews can be tough when you’re navigating the job market. Whether you’re conducting an informational interview or putting on your button-down for a job interview, nerves can get in the way of success.

This workshop invites the superstar employees at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation to share their wisdom and help attendees practice their interview skills. After attendees learn tips and tricks to make a great first impression, like the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) response method, from 4 to 4:30 pm, employees will join them in breakout rooms from 4:30 to 5:30 pm to conduct mock interviews and allow attendees to conduct informational interviews.
