About the Event

Your expressive ability can keep you emotionally balanced, increase your creativity and boost self-esteem. All of these workshops utilize great poetry, and techniques from the field of poetry therapy. Discover and exercise your personal voice in community. All are welcome.

The Life You Could Be Living: Explorations from the Edge – Through photographs and poetry, we explore the adventure of life. “Come to the Edge” and other poems inspire participants to write from a different perspective.
