About the Event

How can we develop our reporter’s toolbox to enhance any form of writing, from poetry to fiction to essay? We will learn and practice core reporting techniques like interviewing, observation, and research to engage more deeply with our writing, and to imbue a real world specificity.

What is reporting and why does it matter? This month, we will learn the principles of interviewing and how talking to people and asking questions can add depth to our writing and empower us as writers.
