IV Edit: Digital focuses on digital and multimedia formats at GWN through Girls Write Now Stories, including online publications, podcasts, videos, and interactive media.

This month, we’ll explore the stories our community has made and select pieces to highlight that feel particularly relevant to this moment in time.

We’ll explore various aspects of multimedia production and envision how GWN can continue to lead in a new era of publishing, leveraging modern platforms to showcase diverse voices and stories from within the GWN community.

Are you interested in learning more about Girls Write Now Stories and our digital publication process? Intersectional Voices in Editorial: Digital (IVEdit: Digital) Committee assists with editorial, outreach, and publication of all Girls Write Now Stories, as well as envisioning how Girls Write Now can continue to be a leader in a new era of publishing. We, as editors, come from a myriad of backgrounds, we belong to many groups, and we have experienced many perspectives. We bring all of this to the work as we explore the stories created and celebrated in our community.

IVEdit will meet monthly. Mentors, mentees, silver members, and members of the public are welcome to attend our meetings and volunteer to help us edit our stories.
