The goal is to provide a tangible platform for storytelling, allowing community members to see their work in print and share it with a wider audience.

In this session, sound will be used as a tool for self-reflection and emotional exploration, allowing participants to tune into emotions they may be experiencing or have experienced in the past. Participants will explore creative sound and audio practices such as audio journaling, songwriting, and beat-making.
