Meredith national media and Girls Write Now meet for an intergenerational exchange to help teen writers ideate and draft winning essays for the Real Simple Essay Contest launching October 13. Meredith employees—“Mentors for the Day”—help mentees take their drafts to the next level using Active Listening techniques in small breakout rooms. Employees will also answer questions about their professional journeys at magazines like InStyle, Real Simple and People.
