During the Friday Night Salon experience, we will dive into the art of writing love letters to or from our emotions—embracing the full spectrum of our inner experience. Salon guests will learn surprising histories of our emotions, meet their feelings where they are, and use the love letter as a tool to navigate pain, pleasure, and everything in between.
