Onboarding includes mentors confirming their spots, getting training on red flag protocol and sexual abuse, then being matched with their mentee. At the first session pairs set their joint goals in the portal. End of Cycle: Mentors have a choice of continuing in a new Journey, with our without the same mentee, or taking a break as a member where you can still benefit from the community opportunities, and serve as a mentor-on demand for ad hoc sessions. We also ask all mentors to complete a cycle wrapup form to get feedback from their experiences to improve the program.
