Keydra Manns is a Harlem-based reporter by way of Buffalo, New York. She is currently covering trends in health and holds a master’s degree in journalism from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism. Keydra is also known for covering entertainment and culture but made a pivot to covering health after the rise of COVID-19. Her current focus is on the Black community and how other marginalized communities are impacted by inequalities within the health industry. This is Keydra’s first year as a Writing 360 Mentor. She joined in hopes of giving back to the next generation of writers.
