Lauren Kaplan

Lauren graduated from Emory University in 2013, where she majored in English and Dance. Since graduation, Lauren was living in Manhattan until she relocated to Philadelphia in 2022. Currently, she is working on the Shopping Programs team at Instagram. Previously, she was a Senior Account Supervisor at Marina Maher Communications where she helped brands to leverage relationships with influential content creators and celebrities across social media platforms. Prior to joining MMC, Lauren worked at another agency called Mission, where she was a part of the partnerships team that worked on talent and influencer partnerships. Lauren feels very fortunate to have been a part of the Girls Write Now mentorship programming.
