This piece is at heart a study of me, a view from inside my room and inside my mind.
Muna Mir is a class of 2022 Girls Write Now Mentee, based in Manhattan, New York. She has recently completed her undergraduate studies in English Literature and Classics and expects to spend the next few years bouncing around Europe, deepening her knowledge of all things books. Her five-year plan revolves around figuring out how to make enough money so that she might live somewhere quiet, with only the birds to disturb her writing.
