Riley is a freelance writer and photographer currently living in Denver. She's contributed to publications like Westword, The Pitch and Lifestyle Magazine (in Kansas City and Denver). Riley also taught high school journalism at her alma mater for 3 years and was the publications adviser for their newspaper and yearbook publications. She's currently the social media manager for a local restaurant group. At the core of her work, as both a writer and educator, is a love for detail, authentic connection and creative community.
