Girls Write Now breaks through boundaries to connect a diverse community across lines of age, gender, race, class, region, and discipline. Our members are crucial to our mission.
Members may be former Journey mentors and mentees, volunteers, supporters, partners, or other friends and allies of the organization. For a limited time, all members can join at no cost.
Once you serve as a mentor or mentee in the program, you are automatically elevated to the Silver Member level, which gives you unique privileges beyond standard membership.
Collaboratory Access for Members
Mentoring
Connect one-to-one as a Mentor for the Day or a Mentor on Demand, and establish a supportive relationship that lasts a lifetime.
Writing
Learn and build skills though select synchronous and asynchronous courses on a range of genres, media, and topics, including college, leadership.
Community
Collaborate and share with other inspiring minds at engaging events and experiences that are not exclusively for Journey participants.
All members also have access to our Resources, including jobs, internships, scholarships, writing contests, enrichment opportunities, and more.
