About the Event

This three-session workshop aims to help first-generation and/or neurodivergent students navigate the college journey from start to finish. Session one covers the application process, organizational systems, and finding the right college fit. Session two focuses on writing strong personal essays. Session three prepares students for the transition to college life.

In this first session, participants learn how to break down the college application process step-by-step. They will explore free tools and resources, establish a plan, become familiar with accommodations, learn about campus resources, and prioritize fit over prestige.
