“No fight, no flight, just write!” Poetry is an art, as well as an expression of individuality that contributes to creativity, resilience and wellness.
From childhood on, the nurturance of the imaginal world offers sustenance and may provide a buffer for children in difficult circumstances. In Session 1, we start with “Little Me” and the education of the child’s heart. Session 2 explores your evolving world view. Session 3 will explore self and individuality, and your own authentic voice (boundaries and expectations).
