Everyone remembers a time in middle school when you should have stood up for yourself, or for someone else, but... you just couldn't find your voice? Author and Educator Anna Lapera will lead us through writing prompts centered around how to use humor and inner dialogue when writing difficult histories and experiences.
Join us at the Girls Write Now office for an inspiring afternoon of social activism through compassionate letter writing for humanitarian causes. In Jly, we will support two impactful organizations: Any Refugee and Radical Reversal. We'll blend creativity with purpose as we learn about and contribute to these vital initiatives. This workshop is perfect for those who enjoy writing, being artistic, and making a positive impact through human connection and social activism. Everyone is welcome!
