Open to all mentees, mentee alum and PRH employees
Dutton, Putnam, Berkley and Girls Write Now meet for an intergenerational exchange to help young writers edit their pieces for publication in Girls Write Now’s annual award-winning anthology produced in partnership with Penguin Random House! PRH employees—“Mentors for the Day”— help mentees take their drafts to the next level. Employees will answer questions about their professional journeys then work with mentees to strengthen their pieces in group breakout rooms. Learn how small changes can make a big difference in how your writing is received. Editing is easier—and more fun!—when you have a professional editor by your side.
PRH Mentors for the Day: Your experience starts with a 15 minute huddle in a breakout room to make sure you’re prepared heading in. Please arrive at 4:15 pm.
