Girls Write Now is pleased to present the Agent of Change Award to Alina Roytberg, Co-founder of the global beauty brand Fresh. A graduate of Parsons School of Design, she began her career in fashion before founding Fresh with Lev Glazman in 1991. As Creative Director for 19 years, Alina designed Fresh’s packaging, developed a new kind of retail experience, and built a brand that touches people’s hearts as well as their skin. Today, she holds an executive role within the company, mentoring teams and retailers around the world in the pioneering, inclusive spirit of the brand.
