Janiya McCray began writing stories as an outlet of the many ideas in her head. Her favorite genres to write are thriller and horror because she loves keeping readers on their toes. As a Brooklyn native, Janiya is currently a sophomore at Reparatory Company High School for Theater Arts. When she is not writing or listening to true crime podcasts, you will most likely find Janiya playing video games, watching TV, or arguing with her dog Chanel.
